Construction
The range includes braked or unbraked models with service free rubber torsion beam axle with independent shock absorbers for towing stability and safety. The chassis sections are of a riveted and bolted construction making them easily exchangeable while added stability is provided by the use of channeled sides and turned corner angles.

Sides are constructed using aluminised and galvanised steel for increased anti corrosion characteristics. Adding to this is the use of hot dipped galvanised amuminised and powder coated platform frames and corner angles.

Safety
In addition to the stability features included in the construction methods, each trailer features large rear lights with integrated triangular reflectors. The platform is made from non-slip multiple resin coated high density plywood, and the ball coupling has a safety indicator.
